Hi, someone makes aluminium mold for PU foam molding? Mold should be heatable, inside water pipes made from stainless steel. Now we need 1 mold offer, next week offer from 2 molds and 3rd week about 6-10 molds. We are producing tailored sofa cushions (pillows) from PU from. Mold itself: Processing flow, 3D drawings → plaster or EPS foam model → foundry casting → high precision milling machine carving → finished mold. Notice: Can't be carved by milling machine directly from aluminium plates since too thickness. Should be manually open and closed type mold. Cargo: Usually, make and prepare plywood cases for oversea molds delivery. Each one mold each plywood box case.
