We have an order for African pangolin skin wet salted (Manis tricuspis) 500 skins with specification and terms as follows: Merchandise: The African wet salted pangolin (raw) skins. (1) Common name and scientific name AFRICAN TREE PANGOLIN (MANIS TRISCUSPIS) and AFRICAN GIANT PANGOLIN (MANIS GIGANTEA) It must be legitimate with African country export CITES permit. (2) The skins must be fresh and wet salted (Airdried or sundried skins will not be paid). (3) The size must be 12" wide & up (please see picture attach herewith for how to measure the size of the skin) to be measured at its nature width under its front legs without stretching the skin. (4) The wet salted skins must come with whole head & tail skins with full scales attached to skins, and ALL FIRST-GRADE skins. (5) ALL FIRST-GRADE skins mean skins (from head to tail tips) are fresh and salted with excessive fine salt and appropriate moisture, no damage hole or cut on skins, no loose or missing scales skins, no rotted skins. (6) CFR Bangkok by air frieght US$40 skin. (7) Total quantity to be ordered 500 skins. Partial shipment 100 skins (or more) per shipment is accepted. (8) Total amount (for 500 skins) US$20,000. (9) Payment to paid after inspection at buyer's tannery in Bangkok with satisfaction complied with the above specifications. (10) Dellivery within 30 day onward for the 1st partial shipment, after buyer's legitimate Thai CITES permit being issued. (11) Seller's export CITES permit must be scanned to buyer within 15 days after this pro forma invoice being issued. (12) The following documents' copies have to be accompanied with shipment: - Copy of export CITES permit. - Copy of Certificate of origin. - Copy of Master Air Waybill. - Copy of invoice and packing list. (13) The following ORIGINAL documents have to be sent to buyer's office by FedEx freight prepaid after shipment being shipped on board. - ORIGINAL of export CITES permit. - ORIGINAL of Certificate of origin. - ORIGINAL of Master Air Waybill. - ORIGINAL of invoice and packing list. (14) Packing must be standard aircargo carton which strong enough for wet salted skins. (15) Procedure for shipment: - Seller must scan buyer export CITES permit copy within 15 days after this pro forma invoice for buyer import CITES permit application. - When buyer import CITES permit is legitimately granted, buyer will let seller know for when to ship order on board. (16) Buyer will pay full cost only for fresh and first-grade skins. Buyer will not pay for any rotted and lower-grade skins than first-grade skins. (17) Our purchase order will be issued to you after having your pro forma invoice with full detail stipulated aboves. Please check with your CITES OFFICE for legitimacy of these two species.
