We are a startup company form Luxembourg, Europe and we are looking for a packaging solution for a product we designed We want a strong cardboard box with a drawer system. Cardboard should be 2mm thick (at least 1000gr m2) with Inside the drawer, we need to put Eco friendly, non smelling, high quality, black EVA foam. The EVA foam inlay is 260x125x16mm. The drawer and box need to be built around that EVA Inlay. So the exterior Box is approximatively 269x132x25mm The box and drawer should be wrapped in high quality paper, which will have a print in CMYK and a semi gloss protection coating on it. For starters we would need 250 Boxes with a potentially bigger order later on. We are willing to order more boxes if the MOQ is more and if there is a considerable price difference per piece. We will need the finished set for November 15th, 2018 at very latest. We expect very high quality. The box as well as the inlay must be perfect. The cut outs of EVA must be completely straight. We will need to have a sample first. And if the sample is OK, we will order. See to for what the box should look like. I can provide a drawing with all dimensions and a dxf file for the EVA Inlay. So we need: A quotation for 1 sample with door to door shipping to Luxembourg . A quotation for 250 box sets with door to door shipping to Luxembourg.
