I have tapes and properties that all Assets are bank owned.The cost to you are anywhere from 50 to 70 cent on the dollar.Most every one of the properties are eihther High end, AAA class or lower mss.I do get a few that are in the hood, but it's all up to you to buy.Notes and REOs for SFR's, MF's Commercial, and Land.I have strict proceedures that are commensurate with the Banks and vaule high ethics.If you come to me as a principal and your just a loogiloo or bird dog that wants to shop the tapes, it's not happening.
