Fabric: 50%cotton 50%polyester, fleece brush inside, 280GSM. Hoody lining pocket bag fabric same as body. Fabric surface anti-pilling. Soft handfeel. Reactive dying. Fabric weight tolerance: + -5GSM ONLY. Rib: 2X2 CVC rib with spandex and high stretch inside, 400GSM. Rib height: 7cm for cuff and bottom hem. 2. Quantity: 1200PCS each style X 7 styles=8400PCS final order. 3. Workmanship: 1) Zipper quality: #5 metal, antique brass color. (except BNS62919) BNS62919- #5nylon, waterproof zip, black color. (pocket zipper same as CF), zipper puller same as the attached example. 2) Back neck cotton tape: 1.5cm (all color will be off white color) 3) Hoody drawstring: 2.5cm (all colors will be off white color), 24cm showing outside each side(finished) 4) All seams should be coverstitch(3 needle 5 threads) All embroidery should be full and high density effect. See the attached example. 6) CF zipper tape should be 1cm single Jersey binding inside. DTM color 7) Hoody eyelet-2.5cm width and thicker. See the attached example pic. 2) 1PC hangtag sticker. 2PCS carton sticker. 3) 24PCS assorted size and colors in one export carton and then wrap plastic bag. See the attached example pic. 5. Sample: 1) Fit sample- 1PC in size#M (make BNS62918 and BNS62919) 2) PP sample- 1PC in size#M (any color each style) 3) Sales sample- 2PCS in size#M (1PC each color each style) should be correct packing same as production. 4) Shipment sample- follow PO indication. 6.
