Available quantity POP should be minimum covering two month’s shipments (1 million ton)24. WAREHOUSE VISIT: The Buyer is allowed to visit the Warehouse Refinery in Brazil to verify the availability of the Stock. The Seller arranges all required documents hotel etc for the Buyer.25. PARTIAL DRAWINGS UNDER LC: Allowed26. DOCUMENTS PER LIFT:a - Full set of Oceans Bill of Lading marked “Freight Prepaid” and “Clean on Board” issued and consigned ‘’to the order of’’ or in name of the Buyer.b - Commercial Invoice (each signed in original and stamped by Seller) c - Inspection Certificate of Weight and Quality, issued by SGS or similar, at Port of Loading showing type, quality and quantity shipped evidencing that goods are in full conformity with specifications and conditions mentioned in present contract.d- Certificate of Origin issued by or Endorsed by Chamber of Commerce of the Country of Origin.e - Insurance Certificate issued by Prime Insurance Company covering 110% of Invoice valuef - tosanitary Certificate declaring the product fit for human consumption.g. Health Certificateh- Packing Listi- Stowage plan in three (3) copies from the Shipping Company or Captain of the Ship. j Title of ownership to the Buyer27. SPA: To be provided by the Buyer28. FCO issue by the Seller for Buyer’s review, amendment & corrections and signed by Buyer return back to the Seller3. Buyer issue Contract SPA for Seller’s review & comments and signature and send back to the Buyer for signature4. Buyer signs the SPA and return to the Seller4.Upon receipt of signed SPA by the Buyer, within 2 days, the Seller arranges current date SGS Inspection Report as Proof of Product (POP) for minimum 2 months shipments (1 Million tons) along with Pro forma Invoice5. Buyer check the authenticity of the POP 6. After successful verification of POP by the Buyer, the Buyer issue Irrevocable Non Transferable Non operative At Sight MT7007. The Seller post 2% PB to make the LC operative.9. Upon opening of operative LC , the Seller arrange invitation letter to Buyer for joint inspection with SGS to direct Loading if Buyer needs.10.
