The 2 versions of the powder made by previous supplier used these herbs listed below. Regular Strength version ingredients: Amylum, Barbary Wolfberry Fruit, Horny Goat Weed, Morinda Root, Panax Ginseng, Burdock, Eucommia, Humifuse Euria Extra Strength version ingredients: Rhizoma Polygonati, Fructus Lyeji, Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Cortex Cinnamon Cassia, Semen Cuscutae, Sugar, Non-Dairy Cream, Coffee Here is how the product works for both versions: Pour one (1) packet of the entire powder contents into a medium cup or coffee cup (12 fl-oz). Add warm water and stir until completely dissolved. Drink at least 30 to 45 minutes prior to intimate activity. For best results drink first thing in the morning before a meal or take on an empty stomach by allowing 3 to 4 hours for food to digest after a full meal.
