Our COMPANY Montram Hungary expresses its willingness to purchase 99.99 degree (A) electrolytic copper cathodes, for electrical use in the initial QUANTITIES of 500 tons per month, which can be increased after two deliveries of 200 tons each which will be considered tests. The DAP delivery (insurance paid by the seller, up to the port of arrival) (Icoterm 2010), MUST take place in the port of Bar in Montenegro. The discount according to our agreements, will be 20% on LME. The adopted payment instrument WILL BE DL C (NOT REVOCABLE, NON-DIVISIBLE, NON-NEGOTIABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE) which will be opened upon signing the contract and released For The payment, immediately after the last SGS check AFTER CATODO ARRIVAL TO ITS DESTINATION. AT THE PROTECTION OF THE SELLER AND THE BUYER, THE FINAL PRICE WILL BE CALCULATED ON THE 60 DAYS AVERAGE FROM THE ORDER. IT IS INTENTIONED THAT THE CATODO, WITH A PURITY LOWER THAN 99.99, WILL BE RENEGEGIATED IN FALL, WITH AN ADDITIONAL 5% DISCOUNT. THE CATODO BELOW 99.97, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY THE PURCHASER WHO MAY CANCEL THE WITHDRAWAL, PAYMENT AND ANY PREVIOUS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING THE CONTRACT, WITHOUT LIABILITY OR PENALTY, BY THE BUYER, AND AUTHORIZE THE BUYER, CHECK OUT THE 2% PB IN COMPENSATION FOR THE DAMAGE RECEIVED. The same rule applies for delayed delivery of over a week from the delivery date contemplated on the contract. IN CASES IN WHICH A DELIVERY DELIVERY, OR NON-COMPLIANT MATERIALS ARE REALIZED, THEY WILL ALLOW THE DL C, To Cancel, Automatically. IT WILL BE THE BUYER'S OPTION TO ASK FOR GREATER QUANTITIES OF CATODO, COMPARED TO THE EXPRESS OF THE CONTRACT, WITH REGARD TO THE SALE OF PRODUCT AVAILABILITY. Note: ALL EXPENSES RELATED TO THE DELIVERY OF THE LOAD UP TO ITS FINAL DESTINATION WILL BE ONLY THE SELLER'S CHARGE, INCLUDING THE TRANSPORTATION, INTERNATIONAL INSURANCE COSTS, (Registered to the Seller as Single Beneficiary, FIno to the Final Destination of the Cathode) All banking operations will take place between European banks. REMEMBER THAT THE QUANTITIES EXPRESSED ON THE FUTURE CONTRACT MUST BE GUARANTEED FOR THE DURATION OF THE CONTRACT. HE MAY CAUSE A DIRECT MEETING BETWEEN THE SELLER AND BUYER , A DIRECT MEETING, AIMED AT THE DIRECT KNOWLEDGE AND FINISHING AND SIGNATURE OF THE SAME CONTRACT.
