Hello, We are a outdoor products and hammock manufacturer based in the US with production in Thailand. We are seeking suppliers who can provide us with flame-resistant and UV-resistant yarn for a new product we are developing. The yarn we currently use in the production of our hammocks is similar to a knitting thread, which we then spin into a thicker yarn. We came across your company and from browsing your website, it appears you may be able to produce the type of yarn we are looking for. Can you review the information below and let me know if this is something you can assist us with? Requested Fiber Samples: Modacrylic FR Polyester Anefil Poly Avora Trevina Nomex Kevlar PTFE And any other yarn if you have suggestions. Unless you already have the needed certifications, we will be sending the yarn to a lab to get it tested prior to placing any orders. Sample volume: Ideally 1-2 kg per yarn type Sample color: Red, Orange, Navy Blue, White (it is ok if initial samples are not in this color, although preferred) Sample Shipping Address: (address will be provided once we confirm you can provide samples) San Francisca, CA USA and ae, Thailand.
