Dear Sir Madam,I'm looking for 2 stainless steel. We plan to order 1000 units as an initial order, 5000 after 6 months and 10000 by the end of the year. Item 1: It can be made of 2 separate pieces welded or soldered together. The one with the 2 cut-outs will need to be formed in the same profile and welded across a seam and the top cap with a hole will be welded on to it. The weld or solder joint needs to be cleaned to a high quality finish. If using soldering, it has to be lead free that is safe for water potability and drinks. Item 2: This is a cap of Item 1 that fits into it with a tight or a normal fit. It can be made by stamping stainless steel. We plan to glue it together so the profile has to match the same profile as Item 1 and the seam between the lip of this part and the sheet thickness of Item 1 has to be consistent throughout the profile so it looks like a nicely done joint.Desired Material: 304 Stainless Steel NOTE: BOTH PARTS NEED TO BE DELIVERED SEPARATELYPlease let me know if you have any questions.
