The Seller’s Bank must then issue a Non-Operative 2 % Performance Bond via MT 760 together with Certificate of Ownership of product to the Buyer’s Bank. The Operative DLC will be issued by the Buyer’s Bank upon receipt of the Seller’s Non-Operative PB. The Seller’s 2% PB will be immediately and automatically activated by the Buyer’s Operative DLC.
