Dear Sir, Subject: Purchase of Non Ferrous Ores & Ash Dross and Residues Presently we need the following on per month basis, CIF Kolkata (Indian sea port). 1. Oxide or Carbonate Type Ore of Copper (Not Sulde) 1000 MT. Minimum 25% copper. 2. Tin Ore (Casserite) 100 MT. Minimum 50% Tin. 3. Oxide or Carbonate Type Ore of Lead (Not Sulde) 1000 MT. Minimum 50% Lead 4. Brass Ash Dross 500 MT. Minimum 40% metallics 5. Zinc Ash 300 MT. Minimum 40% metallic 6. We may also be interested in other type of residues of copper, brass and zinc like slags, bag filter dust, mud etc containing not less than 30% metallics. If you could supply any of the above items in full or smaller quantities then please reply with following information (please give the complete analysis without missing the following information). a. The percentage of sulr and other metallic impurities in the ore of Copper and Lead. b. The percentage of metallics in the Brass Ash Dross c. The percentage of zinc, copper, sulr and chlorine in the fines of Brass Ash Dross d. The percentage of metallic zinc in Zinc Ash e. The percentage of zinc, sulr and chlorine in the fines of Zinc Ash f. Port of Loading g. Your pricing formula which normally varies with the LME and the percentage of metals. h. Payment terms (Normally we prefer to do business on LC terms through international banks like Citibank, American Express and Standard Chartered Bank.) We will also like to have our representative at the time of container stuffing together with the inspection agencies like SGS. Since we will be using the material as raw material in our factory, we would prefer to make contract for minimum 12 months.
