I'm looking for a supplier for the following processing: - processing of rough aluminum battery tube and motor shell supplied by bafang (e-bike system manufacturer) as standard parts. on battery tube: steering seat slots with conterbore for cable pass end tube for motor shell interface. this work needs to build jigs up to supplier. i give weel defined drawings, 3d model and design of jigs if needed. - processing of standard round tubes and oval tubes: the outside dimension of tubes is 35mm for the round and 18x36 for oval tube. processing required are cnc bend and notching. i give detailed drawings and 3d files. for us the better solution is to have the finished parts, material included. the first step of collaboration is samples supply, after that series or preseries. many thanks for your attention, kind regards. roberto
