Hello, We are looking for machines that could blow bottles as small as 30ml and perhaps as large as 4L with neck sizes varying between 20-410 and ideally up to 110-400. The largest volume would be with a 1L cylinder with a 28-410 neck. The ideal production volume would be between 1000 and 1500 bottles an hour per machine with one operator if possible. We looking at producing up to 14 different bottles; therefore, ease of mould change would be important. We are looking to develop this project in 2 ses. The first would be to purchase the machine and have the preforms produced. The second would be to purchase the injection molding equipment to produce our own preforms.
