Hello Dear we need pcba + software for our Air purifiers products (we are manufacturer) do you ready solutions. Our machines , pcba and software better have these specification below; Our system in auto mode) 220 v fan motor , needs to be drive digitally regarding to data from Air quality sensor, when Air quality is fine fan should work level 2, when Air quality is medium should be level3, when Air quality is bad speed up the fan to level4, (in every level fan should work 3 min, even if Air quality became lower, if Air quality became worse it should speed up fan level fan level 1 is needs to be chosen manually (no automatic mode) which is night mode (quite mode) in this situation should be level1, and it should be also manually off. uvc lights relay should be Always open when system is working ionizer should be Always open when system is auto mode electrostatic filter relay should be open when system auto mode fresh Air relay should be closed when system in auto mode and manually can be on off … relay should be closed at the beginning and should be open manually also timer should be , when it is chosen should arrange timer to close in manual mode can be chosen; ionizer relay can be on off fresh Air relay can be on off electrostatic relay can be on off .....relay can be on off LED light on panel also circular LED should be on the panel (can be OLED) , light green light running in level 2, light blue light in fan level 3, dark blue light in level 4, and light Pink light in level 1 For maintenance issue , circular led light should be purple after 8000 hours Total working time when system starts, and should be on 3 minutes, and should be after 5 minutes should be purple light again and again 3 minutes, this is cycle (it should be off affet reset, maintenance comes and fix problems or do planned maintenance) if gas sensor (Air quality sensor) detect any level of change Air quality fan speed right fan speed but manually change the fan speed , light run be on right color, but fan speed can be changed but also that should be some kind of animation (for example one LED point go thrue around the OLED by showing fan speed.(this is step is optional can be eliminated) One point LED on the panel on off in AUTO Mode One point LED on the panel on off if timer is open One point LED on the panel on off in fresh Air Mode One point LED on the panel on off in ESFM Mode also as a another option , if you don't have ready solution, we can get it done to you we have samples (you can see in attached videos) Kind Regards Erdem Akgun
