Vacuum cast PU parts, 5,000 sets annual volume, 100 units sets per orderBecause the material is very thick in certain areas of the part injection molding produces too much shrinkage, so we want to make this part in production quantities using the vacuum casting process with a hard PU material. Can you produce a hard mold made of REN material(machinable stock) to use in vacuum casting process? Please see attached, maybe this would reduce production part cost instead of using a silicone mold and the process is more repeatable with a hard mold.Please quote a set of Vacuum cast PU parts(a set is three pieces), 2,500 annual volume, 100 units per order.
