Technical Specifications for P.E.T Preform for 1.5 bottle (Mineral Water) 1. The Preform should be manufactured from PET material special for manufacturing Mineral Water Bottles. 2. The preform to be used to produce bottles with the following dimensions (2.5cm – 30cm), the neck must be long and spiral in 3 All Preforms should be Homogeneous and light Blue color. 4. The Preforms content of Aldehyde material must be less than ppm6. 5. The Preforms should not contain any Volatile substances which may affect the taste of Mineral Water (treated with Ozone) filled directly after forming the bottles. 6. The Preform should be fixed in Weight, Circular Dimensions, Straightness – Pure and free of Impurities & Appendages. 7. The Supplier has to submit an Authenticated Health Certificate from Country of Origin that shows Validity of formed bottles for Mineral Water – Non Gaseous (treated with Ozone) filled directly after forming the bottles. 8. Packaging: a. The Preform must be packaged with closed Polyethylene sacks, b. Laid inside impermeable cartoon box, to protect the Preforms during shipping, transportation and storing, c. suitable for feeding Forming (pumping) machines, d. Ranked above Wooden bases, e. Labeled with (– Weight – Date of Production – QA QC info). 9. Weight of each Preform should be 32±.05 g. 10. A sample of 500 pieces should be pre-provided for testing at our pumping machines.
