This document contains sizes and dimensions for a glass shape that I would like to be manufactured from high density glass. We cannot accept normal borosilicate glass as the density is approximately 2.25 g cm3. We need a minimum of 3 g cm3 or 4.9 g cm3. If you were to manufacture the glass shape has per my dimensions in the PDF document you should end up with a clear glass shape weighing approximately 50 g. This is based on a density of 4.9 g cm3. Another concern is the price. I am looking for a manufacturer to produce the shape at a price below 0.70 USD per piece. We ordered this product many years ago and it was very successful. We stopped manufacturing the product as it became very expensive but we now want to look reevaluate in the product again. If you believe you can manufacture this product with high density glass material as per my requests then please me. As mentioned before you must use high density glass material which is commonly known as ZF2 glass within China. This type of class contains lead PBO. Many companies in China are not capable of working with this material as it is very specialised, I do hope one of the specialised companies reads this buying request and then reply directly to me. Regarding order volume: My initial order will be for approximately 2000 pieces. This is a sample order from you to test the quality. After this we would look to order a minimum of 10, 000 pieces per four months. This is only one design that I'm showing you, we have a designs in total. If I find a suitable manufacturer to make this particular design then I will offer you the other 7 to make for me. In reality that could mean I am placing an order for approximately 80, 000 pieces per four months. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
