As you may know due to changes in China’s state waste management policies, most of Chinese companies have moved their production to other countries and began collaborating with many recycling companies around the world. I represent the collaboration between Russian and Chinese recyclers who built a new paper recycling factory in Khabarovsk, Russia, which will be recycling more than 10,000 tons of paper per month and since construction is almost done we are looking for new partners. We are interested in OCC grade waste paper. To start with, we are looking to obtain 10 full 40 ft containers OCC CIF Vladivostok or FOB.
