Manufacturing ConsiderationsWe will have a 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 inch Bezel1. The mould for the bezel could be up to 4 cavities [only on the 10”]. This will depend on the capability of the machine the factory has. You have to ask, since the more cavities [parts] the more the mould cost.2. Since the part is no less than 2.5mm thick we can pick a 5VA [flammability rating] material.3. UL Recognized plastic PA66, 5VA or similar.a. Prefer material. specs and the UL for verification.b. You can also use a polycarbonate [PC] material since they are exnt impact resistance, high heat resistant but they don’t subject well to stress cracking.4. Color: Black and Whitea. Matte finish - The mold is sanded with gritstone and the tool marks are removed. Some sanding ht be visible.Lens Cover1. Materiala. My recommendation is PA-764(+)b. UL recognizedc. Chi Mei Corporationd. UL 94 5VA, thickness of 2.5mme. Translucent2. The finish must be glossy finish since light will go thru it.3.
