We are in need of a small bottling operation for our 60ml PET bottles. We need to be able to inject various ingredients, one at a time, in the following order: 0.1 ml propylene glycol 0.2 ml flavoring 3 ml agave nectar 57 ml hot water base The flavoring, agave nectar and water base could be mixed together before going in the bottle but the propylene glycol mixture has to go in separate. It is not heated but the other ingredients are. We are needing between 500 and 1000 bottle an hour. The perfect machine would inject each ingredient separately before filling with hot water. Also need it to have a shrink sleeve label applicator. The 0.1ml propylene glycol contains a very expensive medicine so if the amount injected needs to be higher to control the variance it can be as high as 1ml. Can this be done?
