Please take some time to review our basic requirements and materials needed. It is not a common practice for our buyers, mainly State-Owned Corporations, to issue LOI just to receive an offer. Further, issuing a LOI is the same procedure to sign a contract in these corporations. No offense, our experience shows LOI, FCO is a procedure for those so-called Sellers or sub-sellers present to the end-seller or miners only. LOI is not a MUST for the end-seller or miners while SCO FCO is not a MUST to us. We have three contracts of 62%+ Iron Ore from miners of Chile, Nigeria and Indonesia. The possibility to close a deal via miners or end-sellers is much higher than working via so-called Sellers (sub-sellers). Hope it is clear. Currently, we have three 5 years contracts totaling 150 Million Metric Ton of 62%+ Iron Ore Lumps and still looking for more Suppliers Worldwide.
