Incoterm: Only CIF — port Barcelona, Spain TRANSACTION PROCEDURE 1. Seller send SCO 2. The buyer issues an OIPC with a wording that reflects the soft offer along with the profile of the company, the company Registration and complete bank coordinates. 3. Within 24 hours after receipt of ICPO, the seller issues SPA (Purchase Agreement) open for amendments (if applicable). The Buyer signs and seals SPA on the same day (Day 1) on which SPA is issued and sent to the Seller. The seller signs and returns a contract fully executed to the Buyer. 4. The buyer's bank issues a prior notice (MT799) to the Seller's bank on the second day (Day 2) after signing the SPA and the Buyer opens the through MT760 later for 3 days after the SPA (Day 4) ). 5. Within 15 -20 days after receiving the , the Seller loads the vessel and begins shipping the product to its destination. The shipping documents that will be sent to the Buyer are: a. Commercial invoice in 1 original and 3 copies. b. Complete set of oceanic embarkation letters in original 3 3 c. Certificate of origin by chamber of commerce 1 original d. Quality certificate issued by SGS in one original plus one copy. e. Certificate of quantity issued SGS an original plus a copy. f. Original insurance certificate 1 and 1 copy g. The ship arrives at the port of destination and SGS performs product inspection. 6. Within 24 hours after the inspection at the port of destination, the buyer releases the payment through MT103 TT to the seller's bank, 100% of the value of the product payable for each shipment. NB: the SGS inspection at the loading port is the seller's cost, but the SGS inspection at the port of destination is the buyer's cost.
