The model Im interested in is the Medical Surgical 3ply with ear loop, in 50pcs box 40 box carton packaging. Here are my questions: 1. Do they have elastic ear loops? 2. Do you offer custom packaging for the box of 50 units, and if so, whats the MOQ for custom packaging? 3. Is the pack of 50 sealed or be wrapped insox? 4. Item must fall under FDA approval, could you provy of the certificates with the sample order? 5. What is the standard production time? 6. What is the price per Box of 50 units (including custom packaging) for the following MOQ - 100 to 500, 501 to 1000, 1001 to 5000, 5001 and higher. 7. To estimate our shipping costs, how many boxes of 50 come in a case? What are the dimmesions of each case in cubic meter and kilograms?
