Hello Dear,We are a trading company that does business with the Canadian Government. We are looking for a supplier to help us fulfill a 2-year contract for Kraft Paper Bags with Custom Logo. We are looking for a supplier to establish a long term relationship so we can also use this supplier for future contracts that we want to fulfill. The current 2-Year contract also has the option to extend for 2 more years for the right supplier.We are looking for 4 types of bags:1: Large Kraft Bag, NO HANDLE - 10 x 5 x 13 (w x g x l) - natural kraft paper with a base weight of approximately 60 grams per square meter - Minimum of 40% POST CONSUMER RECYCLED MATERIAL (with certification) - Custom logo in color (we will provide) printed with WATER-BASED INK or VEGETABLE-BASED INK - Fully recyclable compostable bag, NO PLASTIC LINING, cornstarch-based glue is preferred. 2: Large Kraft Bag, WITH HANDLE (Same specifications as Large Kraft Bag but with a handle) - 10 x 5 x 13 (w x g x l) - natural kraft paper with a base weight of approximately 60 grams per square meter - Minimum of 40% POST CONSUMER RECYCLED MATERIAL (with certification) - Custom logo in color (we will provide) printed with WATER-BASED INK or VEGETABLE-BASED INK - Fully recyclable compostable bag, NO PLASTIC LINING, cornstarch-based glue is preferred. 3: Medium Kraft Bag, NO HANDLE - 8.125 x 6 x 14 (w x g x l), a variance of no more than 10% is acceptable - Natural kraft paper with a base weight of approximately 100 grams per square meter - MINIMUM of 40% POST CONSUMER RECYCLED MATERIAL (with certification), higher % is better. - Custom logo in color (we will provide) printed with WATER-BASED INK or VEGETABLE-BASED INK - Fully recyclable compostable bag, NO PLASTIC LINING, cornstarch-based glue is preferred. 4: Small Kraft Bag, NO HANDLE - 5.25 x 3 x 11.25 (w x g x l), a variance of no more than 10% is acceptable - Natural kraft paper with a base weight of approximately 60 grams per square meter - MINIMUM of 40% POST CONSUMER RECYCLED MATERIAL (with certification), higher % is better. - Custom logo in color (we will provide) printed with WATER-BASED INK or VEGETABLE-BASED INK - Fully recyclable compostable bag, NO PLASTIC LINING, cornstarch-based glue is preferred. Amount of bags is estimated at this amount per month for 2 years:Large (with & without handle): 1,900 per monthMedium : 3,800 per monthSmall: 13,200 per monthWe want to purchase initial stock of these amounts, plus every month order more bags to restock. Large WITH HANDLE: 4,750Large NO HANDLE: 4,750Medium: 19,000Small: 66,000Total: 94,500We have some questions for you in order to start to find the supplier we want to work with: - Weight of 1,000 bags (Small, Medium, Large with handle, Large without handle) - Time it will take you once payment is made for you to manufacture the bags and have them ready for shipment - Do you offer shipping services?
