Greetings, I hope you have enjoyed your holiday this past week. My name is Brian gley. I am currently exploring the possibility of a new injection mold project. At this time, I have an initial design prepared and would appreciate feedback regarding manufacture ability. I have STEP files available, representing our first draft of this product.A family mold for these parts would be preferable. I've attempted to design the parts such that two of the parts taken together have roughly the same volume as the third.Our expected first production run would consist of 2k pieces with future production runs of 5k per order.As yet, I have not identified a particular material and would like to defer to your expertise for this. The intended use for this product will be as a USB port dongle, similar to a WiFi adapter. We do not have any real concerns over heat not any major durability issues that would need to be accounted for. Thank you very much for your time and attention to this project.
