I am looking for the custom made High visibility safety vest for utility & highway purpose with company Logo.The technical requirement as follow .1. standard:EN 471:2003 or MS 1731:2004 or equivalent std.2. Design & construction : a) size: S- 53.5 cm {'W'width} x 57.5 cm {'H' Height} M- 56.0 cm {W} X 60.0 cm {H} L- 58.5 cm {W}X 62.5 cm {H} XL- 61.0 cm {W} x 65.0 {H} 2XL- 63.5 cm {w} x 67.5 {H} {Every subsequent sizes shall increase by 2.5 cm} b) Bias binding size & type : 20mm folded fluorescent red-orange c) Front Clouser Non-metal high quality flexible zipper (10" inches size) d) Adjustable wraps on waist with Velcro on each side . e) Shoulder Flap on both side . f) Label shall have the following information 1) Trade Mark 2) Country of Origin 3) Type of Material 4) size 5) Care instruction. 3) Back ground Material : a) fabric - Made of 100% polyester Fabric in Fluorescent red-orange color. b) Color : The chromaticity shall be within chromaticity coordinates e.g. X-from 0.535 to 0.655 and Y - from 0.375 to 0.344. The Luminance factor should > 0.40 c) Fabric performance : should be as per EN471 clause 5.2. 1) Brusting strength - >1000 KN m2 2) Color fastness to rubbing > 4 3) color fastness to perspiration >4 4) color fastness to Laundry 4 to 5 5) color fastness to hot pressing 4 t0 5 4) Retro Reflective Material : color - white or silver and Minimum co-efficient should be not less than 550 cd (lux.m2) at observation angle 0.2 degree & enterance angle -4 degree.5) Front Logo Patch : Retro -reflective logo patch sewn on the left chest on vest , the color of Logo in Red on a white back ground. the logo shall be screen printed with translucent ink with reflective performance in colour. logo patch size - 49 mm x 49 mm.6) The Back Patch : this is with Logo and wording patch sewn on the upper back of the vest. The logo in Red color & writing in blue color.this should also be screen printed with translucent ink for reflective performance in color . size -63 mm x 190 mm.N.B.: The retro reflective material for both back & front patches should comply with minimum co-efiicient not less than 550 cd (lux.m2) at 0.2 deg. observation angle and -4 deg at entrance angle.
