The Mucous extractor apparatus shall have the following features: - Suitable for aspiration of secretion from Ororynx of new born babies to ensure free respiration; Soft, frosted and kink resistant PVC tubing8 17 2017 Atraumatic, soft and rounded, open tip with two lateral eyes; Clear transparent container to permit visual examination of aspirate; Spare screw top lid to be provided to seal the container for safe transportation of specimen to the laboratory or aseptic disposal of container; Sterile product for single use; To be supplied with Bacterial barrier filter at suction end; To be supplied with DEHP free Tube; To be supplied with suction tube lengths of: 40 cms, 50 cms; Capacity: 75ml; To be supplied in the following sizes: FG 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14.
