JP54,D6 & MazutProcedure: 1. Seller sends SCO &buyer will issue CP & ICPO with full banking addressed to Seller2. Seller complete DD and sends FCO and buyer countersign return to seller alongside with IMFPA3. Seller sends CI, buyer countersign Ci & return to seller4. Seller within five (5) banking days will provide Full POP for Trial shipment on Rotterdam as below:a. TSR and TSAb. Q &Q report SGS (fresh cut)c. Dip Test Authorization (DTA) no any conditional d. Certificate of Origin (COO)e. Passport product (PP) and Analytical reportf. Attestation letter of product (ALP)g. Commitment to Supply. (CTS)h. Certificate of conformity (COC)i. Sellers Company Registration Certificate (SCRC)j. Clearance letter, tax, duet, rent, pump, stamp....etck. Injection report on shore tank Rotterdam5. Buyer will be verifying full POP as above and announce his vessel, Tank to seller.6. Seller verify Buyers Tank, Vessel and buyer conduct dip test on sellers tank and after seller transfer fuel to buyers tank buyers pay by MT103 within a two days7. Upon confirmation of made payment, Title of cargo will be transferred to buyers name immediately. And buyer & Seller sign PSA and buyer place IRDLC for monthly payment guarantee to seller’s bank and seller sends 2% PB to activated IRDLC8. Shipments will commence as per agreed schedule of delivery and Seller will send Full POP for “each month” of delivery and Buyer will conduct dip test on the Tank at his own expense in Rotterdam and will pay by MT 103 within (72) hours against Q&Q of dip test9.
