Seller Issue C.I., Buyer Sign C.I. and return back to seller. 3. Seller provides following PPOP documents: a) Company Registration Certificate, b) Statement of Product Availability, c) Export License, d) Commitment to Supply the product, e) Injection report f) Authority to Sell & Collect. g) Tank Storage Receipt (TSR) in Tank Farm in Rotterdam h) ATV (Authority to Verify) i) Dip Test Authorization, 4. At the Buyer´s expense. Buyer engages the SGS Company to conduct SGS test and provides SGS inspection results to Seller within 48 hrs. 5. Buyer pays via MT103 TT for the total Cost of the Product along with commission to mandates and intermediaries as per NCND IMFPA. 6.
