We are going to be manufacturing a fibreglass-foam-fibreglass construction. The problem is we are going to need to experiment a little with the density so as we achieve the degree of insulation and strength properties that we desire. Most probably somewhere between 40 and 60 KG per cubic metre. Is it possible that we receive the additives and blowing agents separately to mix ourselves? I require one barrel of polyol and one barrel of isocyanate suitable for filling between two sheets of fibreglass 2400 x 1200 mm and approximately 20 mm apart. Please included in your quotation cost for one barrel of each component, polyol & isocyanate, cost of any additives that may be available to us and shipping cost to New Zealand.
