InquiryOurs is an industrial heating application drying agricultural products for export. We process 30 tonnes of harvest per day. We need 160,000 Mega Joules per day. At present, we are running 3 furnaces.We have two process that require heat:1) Withering2) Drying1) Withering: The longest process is the Withering process which runs from the evening, through the night until dawn. Withering process requires less than 40 Centigrade temperature. It takes 40% of the energy demand.2) Drying: The Drying process will happen over a couple of hours in morning or more likely around the midday. That will require up to 140 Centigrade. It takes 60% of the energy demand.Using collectors with largest yield of thermal energy, could you please propose a renewable energy solution for at least a significant portion of the 160,000 MJ power requirement?
