Hi, I am working with Mr. Servet. Since our situation is urgent, he asked me to correspond with you. He said I could make an appointment for Thursday. We want to buy DC Electric Arc Furnace. So, we want price offers for 1 Ton, 1,5 Ton and 2 Ton models. These are our requirements and process: 1) We will melt metal oxide in an electric arc furnace. In other words oxide type material smelting (slag, ceramic material such as auto catalytic converter). If you have experience with this, we will melt the car catalysts. It is also called cordierite in the literature.2) Final products will be slag (1450°C) and metal.3) Capacity of the furnace will be 1 ton. We think it should be DC.4) Target daily production will be approximately 2.4 ton. Our processing time in the rotary kiln for 500 kilos is approximately 5 hours. I can give you such information for ease of calculation. So, target annual production will be approximately 720 ton.5) We plan to make electronic scrap recycling and catalytic converter waste recycling (WAC).6) Our operating temperature will be a minimum of 1600°C. The questions we want to ask are: 1) We would also like to know which refractory you recommend. Because we will work with cordierite.2) Which would you recommend AC or DC and why?3) In order to install the electric arc furnace in our factory, we want the plan of the furnace (size etc.).4) What are your 1-year consumables?5) We wonder where to get the electrodes.
