We have recently purchased a Boscare model AF1001-UL 7L digital fryer. From my Internet search your company seems to make mostly coffee brewers. Anyway, we are finding the touch screen to be very difficult to operate. We plug it in and get the 4 blue dashes, but the red on button only works after numerous pushes of several different kinds. The rest of the controls on the touch screen are similarly difficult or even impossible to operate., so we leave it ag 400 degrees and 10 minutes. We can't adjust the temperature, and only succeed in turning the machine off by unplugging it. Is there some way to make the touch screen more sensitive? We've used it 3 times so far.
