Seller issues Draft Contract to Buyer: Buyer initially returns the signed contract to Seller. 3. Seller confirms final contract to Buyer as countersigned under acceptance to terms, shall submit General license, Registration Certificate and Notarized Commitment Letter to Supply the Product to Buyer. 4. Buyer's bank, within 6 working days, issues Pre-advice (MT 199) swift to Seller's nominated bank.
