Despite the fact that for the abatement of emissions we already have in place a Scrubber system, the new regulations move us to replace it with an EPS-WGDS system which CAP Minería has defined will be a more effective solution to achieve the level of contaminants required. Once the new ESP-WGDS will be in operation, the existing Scrubber will be decommissioned.
