We want to develop our own brand of stun guns for our domestic market. We want to ask you if you can produce a very small Cylindrical Stun Gun or CSG, we want to attach to another device. We want to know if you can produce this small stun gun and how much would the first 10 prototypes cost. If the product meet the specifications, we would like to order more of them. The Cylindrical Stun Gun or CSG, we want you to produce for us has to have these specifications: 1 It will be manufacture in plastic, but it will be installed into a steel tube. 2 The steel tube that holds the stun gun has 0.5mm wall thickness. 3 The holding steel tube has these dimentions: 76mm height, 15.8mm external diameter, 14.8mm internal diameter. We need to put inside this tube your cylindrical stun gun, and has to be removable. 4 The stun gun has to have these dimentions: 76mm height X 14.8mm diameter 5 The idea to put this CSG into a steel tube, is to be removable when desire. 6 This cylindrical stun gun we want, has also a 8 or 10 LED lights that produces 80 lumens, with an independent 6mm diameter switch button on the top which turns on the light only when pressed. 7 Like your TW-1502 model, our cylindrical stun gun has a rechargeable battery, it is not waterproof and it is intended for adult use (it is not a children toy). 8 We would like this stun gun discharges 50, 000 volts electric shock, no matter if the battery discharges after just a few uses. Is it possible Sir? Please confirm and explain to us. 9 Like you TW-1502, we would like our CSG discharges its electric shock when you push forward a sliding switch. This switch has a pin button of 2mm or 3mm height and it is attached to the CSG with a screw, to let it be installed inside the steel tube and retire it when desire. This pin button runs into a 15mm long rail and has to have a certain pressure to avoid accidental discharges. Please see the drawing we are sending along. 10 In the bottom side of the CSG, like your TW-1502, it will have the charging port, an on-off small switch and a Charging Indicator Light. We understand all new product takes some time, money and effort to develop. We would like to know if you can help us with this stun gun, hon long does it take to be produce and how much will it cost.
