We are in search of a vendor that can produce custom blow-molded windshield washer reservoirs in quantities of 500-1000 at a time. Material is PE or PP, weight is approximately 500g with wall thicknesses ranging from 1.1mm-4.4mm depending on location. Overall dimensions are 457mm x 190mm x 127mm. 2 solid tabs exist. Solid tabs each have mounting holes through them that can be molded or drilled. Reservoir has two holes that may require post-machining. Negative draft exists in some locations but should not inhibit removal from mold significantly. Attached is a document outlining the design. A 3d model does not exist yet. We are hoping to get a rough estimate on the mold cost and part cost. Once a good rough price is established, we can produce the 3d model in 2-3 weeks and begin production shortly after.
