We need to construct a double-walled water bottle that looks like the attached image (measuring about 300mm tall and 90mm wide at the widest point), the outer wall needs to be 2mm thick and the inner wall should be .5mm thick with 6mm of polyurethane foam insulation between the inner and outer walls. The material should be 18 10 steel with a powder coat on the outside applied and the lid should be made of HDPE. If you are able to produce something like this please let me know, I know that the 2mm thick outer wall is difficult to achieve, but it is necessary for this product.
