We have 3 group of companies; ①marketer ②importer ③end-user, because of taxation problem, and Bono Mec Corp., ENR Partners Co., Ltd. and YES Int’l Trading Corp. are the buyers=marketers of the group. We would like to purchase your copper scrap with the following terms and conditions. 1. Commodity: copper scrap of millberry, cathode, or y: Cu 99.97% up 3. Trial Order: 22~220 metric tons(=22 mts * 1~10 ctrs) 4. Normal order: 110~5500 metric tons monthly by Revolving L C 5. Unit Price per metric ton: CIF Incheon Busan, South Korea) 6. Payment Terms: full (Irrevocable+Transferable) with 2% PB (not At Sight L C, but) At Destination Port in South Korea for avo trade 7. Inspections: twice at the ports of loading and discharging (before releasing from the customs) by SGS or equivalent 8.
