COMMODITY: COPPER CATHODE PURITY 99.97% - 99.99% ELECTROLYTIC GRADE A QUANTITY: Trial - 200 MT, Monthly - 1000 MT within first 12 months. Monthly - 2000 MT within second 12 months. Total - 36200 MT. Contract for 24 months. DELIVERY TERMS: CIF as per INCOTERMS 2010. DESTINATION: Shanghai, China PAYMENT TERMS: After signing the contract the SELLER issues 3%PB thereafter within 7 days after the BUYER receives the performance bond issued by the SELLER'S bank, the BUYER shall issue a Documentary (valid for 90 days). The Documentary shall be Transferable（Only allowed for this contract business）and Divisible (Each batch shall not be less than 30% of the total PO quantity).
