Good Morning,We are looking to purchase a sintering furnace on a conveyor belt. We are in Australia.The furnace needs to sinter compacted titanium powder and adhesive. As at todays date, I do not know the gas mixture or the temperature the furnace needs to be. The compacted titanium powder and adhesive will be 23 degrees celsius before entering the furnace, and the sintered ti-felts, will need to be cooled down after sintering.The size of the Ti-felts are 503 mm x 503 mm square and we need to sinter 1,000 ti-felts twenty four hours a day, 353 days a year.Can you reply and tell us if you have a sintering furnace that is capable of sintering this quantity and size?Thanking you in anticipation.Yours FaithfullyFutureBus Pty LtdSimon Maddrell
