Hi My client wants to buy copper cathodes in a bonded warehouse in Zambia 2000mtReference Cathode we are primarily interested in contracting directly with mines or "Allocation Holders" We are normally unwilling to engage with Trading Companies unless there is a clear commitment from them that they fully understand the current chain of supply KYC Compliance requirements, as demanded by the OECD, United Nations and the majority of major Banks and will offer full transparency. In return we shall provide a legally binding MOU to address any end supplier identification issues and to protect the longer term interests of the Trading Company concerned.We purchase ex DRC, ZAMBIA and surrounding region. ALL trial consignments will be purchased ex approved warehouse at an African PORT location. Under certain circumstances we shall purchase on a CIF basis.A trial consignment may be as little as one container. Upon successful completion ongoing purchases at an inland approved warehouse or prefunding of logistical costs may be available.A Mine visit may be requested either before or after completion of a trial. Smelter Producer Certificate of Assay and Manifest are essential documents and are stipulated within our Contract to Purchase. In cases where Cathode is yet to be produced an alternative arrangement will apply. In ALL cases we request a copy of a full chemical analysis - to include oxygen content - please or alternatively agreement to provide a sample for analysis.Our STANDARD TERMS OF PAYMENT are an irrevocable Non Transferable Documentary issued by a major bank. Following a successfully completed trial and two subsequent deliveries it is normally possible to offer a Revolving DLC if requested. TT settlements are also available upon request.Where a successful track record of supply has been established and further agreement reached reference ongoing supply volume it MAY be possible for an to be offered. This would not normally be before four deliveries have been completed.In all cases settlement will take place following inspection by an independent inspection agency at an approved warehouse subject to contract.
