I can not, will not send as payment. (Note: The reason for this is that I attempted to do business with another supplier in China through but as soon as they acknowledged that they received my payment, they changed the terms of the agreement and ignored my requests for a refund. Further attempts to acquire a refund to me through the website we were trading on were met with them pretending I had not sent any money at all. I now only deal in traceable money transfers where good business is rewarded and bad business practices are penalized. Paypal offers buyer protection and I will accept nothing less due to our unscrupulous treatment by members of the global marketplace in the past.)
