Also, absolutely no upfront fees and subsequent payments are made through MT103. I am only looking for CIF and not FOB or TTO. Here are the following requirements: Commodity : Russia MAZUT FUEL OIL M100 (GOST 10585-75). Origin : Russia Federation Quantity : 100,000 MT to 300,000 MT - Life + One Year Contract Quality : Russia Origin Standard Payment terms : MT700 (DLC) for first month shipment, and MT103 for subsequent shipments Performance Bond : Two percent (2%) Insurance : Paid by Seller covering 110% of the shipment value Delivery Method : CIF Discharge Port : Qingdao Port (Huangdao Oil Port Area), China. Inspection : SGS by the expense of Seller at the port of loading, CIQ inspection charges by Buyer at the port of unloading Please let me know if you have anything available and send me an SCO.
