Dear Sir or Madam I put in with his company after receiving of one of our REAL BUYERS, the following request: Railway rails: R 50 & R 65 cut at 1,50 - 2,00 m against C.E.C.A. cat. 14 - as available from 10.000 MT month up to 100.000 MT month in bulk. upon a Frame contract far 12 months - target price on CIF $ 180,00 MT as net price PROCEDURES Seller and Buyer sign and sea! the final contract, which becomes binding with immediate effect. Seller issues Performa Invoice and Assay Report ( Quantity & Quality) for lift able quantity of the product ( p.o.p.) Authorization to test, Certification of Origin, Authorization for Sale, Title ( copy) certified by SGS, or similar organization. Seller moves the goods to the agreed form of delivery. Inspection will cornmence at his cost is inviting SGS or equal agency to make Q. & Q. test at the loading port. Seller must to provide all permits to make the test to Buyer's agency in 24 hours after Buyer's written. The result of inspection will be provide to Seller and Buyer. Seller provides CI ( based on Inspection under SGS Control) with the complete set of documents far payment to Seller's and Buyer's Banks. Buyer's bank after receipt of the complete set of the Documents for Payment realizes the payment to Seller's bank within 72 banking hours upon SGS Final inspection at the discharging port, always at Buyer's cost. Seller realizes Title to the Buyer. Please confirm tbe procedure with delivery of the goods through " SGS" in Italy, and we shall sign and seal the draft contract with your company, so that we might be close the fust delivery for tria! and continue with the total quantities as per contract terrns without losing time.
