Hello everybody.This request had been announced a few days ago, but now I do it with more information.I need a negative mould of aluminum with a very precise polishing (mirror type). I think that in order for the mould to be really precise, which is that I need, it should be made from an aluminum block with a 5 axis CNC machined center in the whole process, but I'm open to opinions. The aluminum that I think should be suitable for this job is the A7075, but I understand that it has a high cost, so I'm willing to listen to proposals.The measurements of mould are: 3 m long x 0.8 m wider part x 0.4 m deeper part.This mould will be used to vacuum thermoforming transparent polycarbonate in our vacuum thermoforming machine.I attached a 3D drawing in igs and the specifications in pdf.Thank you very much for your interest.Pablo Alcaíno.
