Dear Sir Madam, This is Giovanni Schirinzi from an Italian design studio. I'm currently living in Shenzhen, I'll prefer to talk with companies from Guandong. I'm looking for a customized beaded thread with the attached specification. Attached you can see the drawing illustrates the specifics: Customized sre(diameter 0.5); Empty thread (25, 5 cm); Sre (diameter 0.4). Balls: The material of the customized sres is ABS or other similar plastic. Thread: We provide the thread. We prefer to produce it by machine (over-molded bead over the thread) but we can also evaluate hand-made processes (glue+knot). Because we have to test if our thread is suitable on your production process, we would like to ask you a sample produced with our thread using one of yours similar sre mold. If you're able to produce by an hand-made process we will send all the material to produce few sample. If the test is successful, and the sre can stay attached to the thread, we would like to move right away to the fist production of 10K pieces.
