Dear, we organize the selection of mfr supplier for a large lot Of lithium battery units (packs). We consider alternative suppliers. Requirements see below. (3.6V discharged, 4.2V fully charged) Capacity: 2.2Ah min. @ 0.5A discharging current. Safety valve and disconnecting device. Cycle Life: Over 500 times (25% capacity loss) or 10 years typical Temperature Range - Operation: -20 ~ +60°c, Storage: -40 ~ +70°c Battery unit (assembly of battery, PCB and cable): quantity in unit: 1 (1S1P) Thermistor: NTC, 10 kOhm@20C Assembly: BMS+NTC circuits on round PCB on top, 3-conductor cable with 3-terminal Wurth Molex connector. Cable soldered to PCB and cemented to it for tear-off prevention, HST tube outer sleeve with mfr lot ID printed on it. Uniform cylindrical shape of the pack.
