My agency has two mainland Chinese clients that are looking to purchase both bailed and shredded waste tyre. For the order of bailed waste tyre, they would require 20,000 m t per month with a two year contract, with the port of destination being Haing, Vietnam and each tyreu2019s size both truck and auto, should not exceed 9.00R. Therefore, please inform our agency whether you company has an intereste in servicing either of these contracts and the capablility to meet each of their purchase requirements. Should your company have an interest in servicing either of these contracts, please respond with your best C&F and FOB price per m t for each contractu2019s shipment using 40' containers; the of m t each container can accommodate; the length of time required for the entire process including, preparation for and shipment of their order to reach its port of destination; copies of all certificates and licenses issued by local and state government agencies authorizing your company to export waste tyres; and pictures of your stock and its end product just prior to shipment. In the event that your pricing is accepted, our clients will contract for a trial shipment of 20-30 containers, which will be offered within three days after receipt and approval of your offer. Simply put, our commission is to be folded into your final pricing forwarded to our client.
